"Great atmosphere! Easily sat a party of seven. Prompt and friendly server. Incredible view. Lots of great drinks and great variety of menu. Shrimp and grits and Panko grouper were fabulous. Macadamia crusted group delicious and I loved the coconut rice melody. Clam chowder was incredible. Place can accommodate lots of guest. Parking is okay. Bathrooms located outside. Live music, retail, gift cards and good times to be had."

"This place was terrible, the first thing was the chips were burnt and super hard and broken into small pieces , should have left then. The food arrived, mine plate was huge but hardly any rice or refried beans , the rice was fine but refried beans were absolutely the worse I ever tasted , the actual chimi was weirdest , hardest and tasteless one I have ever had , no sour cream or other flavorings you normally get. My friend both got there meals , totally burnt to crisp they said it was worse Mexican food they had ever had and I must agree , did I mention I have sick throwing all night and horrible heartburn . I did see other customers who ordered same food and looked good , but after this experience I couldn't never eat there again"

"From the time we arrived until we exited all we can say is WOW. The host staff greeted us with smiling faces and seated us immediately at a lovely little table. From there we were greeted within a few moments and water was filled. Again all smiles. So far ...perfect. We were met by our server Heather. What a pro she is. Smiling face,again,and off to the wine list we went. We had the mushroom soup to begin along with the amazing bread. This is going very well as we realized that we were definitely on to a great start of our evening Delicious!!! My wife had the scallops and I opted for the bone in Ribeye....scallops were FANTASTIC.... melt down lol....Ribeye almost brought me to another world. PERFECT Medium. I can't remember the last time I have had a Ribeye so delicious.... THANK YOU! The place was busy with laughter and excitement along with a vibe of unexplainable warmth. The entire feeling is unmatched in our last few outings. Never did Harold's miss a beat. We actually saw the owner but didn't get a chance to talk as he made his way to various tables. Not an issue as he is obviously a bit busy. Tyler Carr GM) stopped over to introduce himself and we had a lovely discussion. We then decided to try the 2015 Viticgio Chianti. Once again, Heather is all about the experience and what a great choice. Loved the Chianti! After dinner we opted for the chocolate cake don't remember the name....too busy enjoying it). Long story short.... AMAZING EVERYTHING. This is a must try for everyone. Whether a glass of wine or a special evening GO....EAT.... ENJOY... you'll be back We will. "In spite of the previous ice cream business (Pinocchio 's) shipping out of this same exact spot and making way for the current Sanibel 's Best, it 's truly nostalgia for us to come here and support even with a brand new owner in its place. This is the neighborhood ice cream joint you 'd want to come to. There 's enough seating and tables on the porch to enjoy your ice cream. Just be mindful that tables will probably be dirty. I was a bit skeptical- but their Yelp pictures alone, instantly brought us here close to 9pm on a Friday to enjoy some of the genius flavors these folks have going on. My strawberry ice cream (forgot the 'creative ' name) was very good and creamy with strawberry chunks in it and the waffle bowl was also fresh. Hubs ' Cherry sorbet scoop was nicely packed with cherry chunks and his Raspberry-Lemon scoop tasted wonderful. Service is pleasant and the young folks behind the counter will oblige with any ice cream requests you have. However you look at it, Sanibel 's Best Homemade Ice Cream is doing something different and the ice cream here is as fresh as can be."

"This is probably one of the best restaurants on the island. Everything is overpriced on the island so you know what to expect? the menu has a good selection. The oysters were nice size and good. We enjoyed our dinner and all of their seafood selections."
