"By day or night, as you stroll up Carer de la Mar in Sant Antoni de Portmany in Ibiza, it’s easy to walk straight past Pennsylvania Burger. However, if you did so, you would be missing one of the Island’s hidden gems. The freshly-prepared burgers at Pennsylvania are large, juicy and flavour-full and at around €7-00 apiece are value for money. The proprietors don’t speak much English, so the ability to speak Spanish (or, better still, Catalan) is useful. One word of caution: the burgers are served pretty rare, which may come as a surprise to those used to the overcooked offerings in British burger joints. However, the meat is of good quality and tastes wonderful. Make sure to add it to your list of places to visit, next time you are in Ibiza."
