Sticky Fingerz Ribshack Ibiza - Feedback

What stephen wilde likes about Sticky Fingerz Ribshack Ibiza:
Great food and excellent service. The pulled pork was spot on as were the ribs with their house BBQ sauce. We also tried their hot BBQ wings and house BBQ wings, again both were excellent. The only let down was the dirty fries which were slightly dry. If they're looking for feedback I'd suggest either using Monterey cheese or perhaps Mozzarella and a touch of their house BBQ sauce. It's not a good burger... The meat is mediocre, it's dry (even though I asked for medium rare... Obviously they can't actually provide medium rare since their meat is not good enough), and it's expensive. It was very disappointing as the burger definitely sounds good from how it's described in the menu. It's far from it. Don't waste your money there...
