Food is second to non. We have eaten all around Ibiza. Staff are extremely Attentive and friendly. Ate here 3 times during a 5 day stay It is only a minute walk from Amere beach hotel where we stayed. Thank you all View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Minimal:
Ate here on two occasions during our 10 day holiday to San Antonio Bay. The food was of a decent quality and the portions were adequate. Service could be better as on both visits we had quite a wait for our food. The waitress also brought the wrong dessert which wasn’t too much of an issue as my daughter ate it anyway.
