I dined with MT woman for the first time this year last Friday night and David Grussaute (the chef) surprised us with the new menus. I can safely say that after ten years testing restaurants in Ibiza this is absolutely on another level, another... dimension. Must try read more.

we started with a beautiful chicken liver and thunfishtar, but after that everything was quite subduing. we had recommended a local wine from the waiter who was €45, but tasted like a 10 € bottle. also the prawn posidonia buzzed me all wrong, the garnelen tasted excessively fish (as garnel.)
