"Just came out of Aponiente (2022, water planet menu). All family members felt a lack of words to describe this overwhelming experience… However; I’ll try to share a personal narrative.. Somehow, it was our best restaurant experience ever, whithout any doubt, even if we’re used to Michelin’s 3 stars… Chef Leon and his crew purpose sea creativity, emotions and pleasure at their upermost level : what an extreme bliss !!!
