We always stop by Restaurant Chac-Mool when in the Uxmal/Puuc region, so we were happy to eat here again during our June visit. The food was as fresh and tasty as ever, and the well-ventilated restaurant made AC unnecessary. Highly recommended, as always! View all feedback.

I ate here after reading quite a few positive reviews, but was rather unimpressed. I'm not sure if I arrived just as they were opening, but the place was empty, and it took about 5 minutes to even find anyone there. The pollo pibil was rather bland, the rice wasn't much good either, but the home made tortillas were ok as were the veggies. The best part of the meal was the portion size, definitely generous.
