if they are looking for good quality chorizo, aurora’s chorizo is where it is. Whether they grill or cook on the heart, the quality of the meat is not disappointed. they can not find good lean chorizo like auroras chorizo in any other business. not only do they sell chorizo, but there are small market offering a lot of ice cream selections, fresh homemade salsa, fresh Mexican cheese and sour coffee.
