While some diners enjoyed the amazing service and ambiance that reminded them of a French bistro, others found the food to be overpriced and disappointing. The restaurant's wine selection and French onion soup received high praise, but dishes like the steak tartare and ceasar salad were described as lackluster. Some diners experienced long wait times for their meals, while others received prompt and exceptional service. Overall, opinions on Bouche Bistro seem to vary greatly, with some patrons eager to return and others left disappointed.
As always, Thomas and his staff gave us a great experience. Absolutely our restaurant of choice for our special occasions!

As cute as the place is, and service was amazing, the food is just ok. The price was ridiculous for the quality of food. I have no idea if something was local or organic. I live in a ski area, so I get used to overpriced meals. Nothing I remembered France.
We had dinner at Bouche during Santa Fe Restaurant Week, which offered a set menu for $45. Everything was excellent--the menu, the wine, the service, and the atmosphere. We love French restaurants and this met all of our expectations.
We love Bouche Bistro. Everything about it is outstanding.
