El Pollo Loco - Feedback

Bummer as below hill el Pollo Loco has gone. I used to be my favorite place. definitely not anymore.

Horrible food service and only drive thru that takes an hour to get your food done, will you waste your gas in this place?

Unlike el pollo loco, but in this place, they do not even have trouble helping us, although we stand there for minutes, not even a second from the employees.
