What User doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
Our order was placed online and confirmation was given to us that the order is ready to pick up 7:20. He had come to the restaurant at 7:30 a.m. and the order was not even prepared, not mentioning the manager and the staff smoking in front of the restaurant. It wasn't until 19:59 when the order was finished. Terrible experience. Corporate needs to be informed about these employees. View all feedback.
KONFORT FOOD BABY!
We love El pollo loco and our dogs love it also they eat the chicken and the bone we always love a 10 pc leg and thighs only four 2 dogs.
