This was a miss for us. First we tried the Manila bowl with crispy pork. The main disappointment was in the pork which was all fat, and the skin was so chewy, we couldn't eat it. It wasn't crispy at all. We switch to the Saigon bowl which was better than Manila, but the chicken was extremely dry/overcooked.
