What Carlos Garcia doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The low rating it was due to poor housekeeping, air conditioner leaking water onto a bucket seat and other bench back rest, and for not offering the Lower cost deals that the franchise advertise on tv commercials. The same employee was working the counter and the drive through which was not appropriate, took too long to order and food making took too long too.
