Yesterday we tried Tacos El Panzas, we had the carne asada, tripa, cecina, al pastor, chorizo and chori queso tacos. I loved how the tortillas were crunchy with the grease of the meat. All the tacos were good with the exception of the chorizo and tripa, I felt it was missing something. The chori queso was good the cheese gave the chorizo that extra flavor.
