What Lucy Willms doesn't like about Via Vai Trattoria Pizzeria:
I ordered gluten free pizza. Asked two more times after it was delivered because it looked like regular crust, but was assured each time it was gluten free. Went home sick as a dog, missed the rest of my evening out with friends. Won't be back. View all feedback. What Eudora Wolff likes about Via Vai Trattoria Pizzeria:
Excellent quality of food and service here. Came here for dinner with the boys, we wanted to get dressed up a bit and have some authentic Italian food. First off, the atmosphere is amazing and hearing the waiters chat to each other in Italian really sells me on this place. Youngest child liked the penne, first born loved the pizza, and the caprese salad was great. View all feedback.

read moreVia Vai in Montecito offers excellent and consistent Italian cuisine. The pizzas, pasta, and desserts are delicious but pricey. While service can be hit or miss, the staff has shown improvement in recent visits. The atmosphere is charming and authentic, with attentive waitstaff. For special occasions or a nice dinner out, Via Vai is a great choice. Despite some minor service issues, the high-quality food and overall experience keep customers coming back time after time. Overall, Via Vai is a go-to spot for those craving authentic Italian dishes in a welcoming environment.
