Breakwater - Santa Barbara

What Theodore Bartell likes about Breakwater:
Magnificent views of the port. Food is a little pricier, but this is expected with a first-class location like this. Chicken fried steak and sharp Italian sausage breakfast were delicious. Pretty terrace seating. Fortunately, if you have a free 90 min parking, otherwise $ 2.50/hour. Make sure to go along the harbor to have a breathtaking view of Santa Barbara! View all feedback.

What Tommie Stracke doesn't like about Breakwater:
The smallest French dip in Santa Barbara, (with soggy fries for $14.45), and maybe in my life! Creamer cup shows how small it was and with very little roast beef. My husband has been coming here his entire life but we will never go back. Horrible tourist rip off. I'm a chef and should have sent it back. View all feedback.
