What User doesn't like about Californian:
This hotel is over priced and the staff/service has no idea what they are doing. I cannot believe this is considered a “5 star hotel”. We were recommended to stay here on vacation and starting from the entrance with the bellmen taking our luggage to check in it was beyond disorganized and messy.
