This property must really be experienced. It is located above the city and the main shopping centers on the beach of Santa Barbara, but it is worth the at least one night of your time in SB. The property is so classic and up on the staff attention. The views, the cocktails and the food were exceptional. I can't wait to come back. I don't miss this relaxed luxury. View all feedback.

I recently enjoyed excellent food and service in the restaurant (weekly dinner). However, I also met a few El Encanto hotel employees who demonstrated such terrible customer service skills that it was almost funny. It only takes a few bad employees to ruin the experience of a guest and decorate the reputation of a hotel. View all feedback.
