VIVIANA had alot of phone time during a Busy hour to be on Snapchat gossiping with her other fellow co worker while others were busy running around making drinks.My Online Order was wrong and not placed on the correct Name on top of the receipt...I told Viviana my frappe was supposed to be with no WHIP CREAM and she said oh sorry and still gave me my drink in a rude manner..
