Idk why this shows permanently closed, it's not. Pennie's has been my first thai food place here in Santa Barbara, and it was good. Generous portion, super cheap, and the protein was perfect, especially the tofu! View all feedback.
What American S doesn't like about Thai Kitchen:
Horrible place on top of food. Found hair in our soup and also ordered drunken noodles and they only gave a partial order. Threw away all the food. Then went to get money back they wouldn't give the full refund of 38$ then yelled at me on top of it. Go to a real Thai place like aYour Choice Thai here in Santa Barbara. Only reason why we didn't which we have gone for 28 years is they were closed. Save your money!!! Ge... View all feedback.
