to officiate the rite of the first curls of the season we did to equip an outdoor table in this restaurant, where a beautiful spring sun made us rise the appetite and excitement for the first fruits we were about to go. the curls that served us, in fact, were small and not particularly rich in pulp, but being primitive, they seemed very good. spaghetti with badiscana, season with a sauce made of shrimp, mussels, clam... "We had a lovely dinner here last night. We had fantastic local fresh fish which they show to you before cooking. The meal was delicious and perfect portion size. It is a little bit out of the centre and we drove to it but they had plenty of parking."
