"I personally don't like how loud it is inside the restaurant. I have to shout to hear my group because of the echo. The food is really good, but seems a bit overpriced. Staff is constantly running around. They do a great job, but I feel bad for them. Expect a 30 minute to 1 hour wait."

"I first visited Rita's in Pittsburgh and I've been craving the frozen custard ever since July. At first I thought it was an east coast chain or something, but to my surprise I found there are so many Bay Area locations. I just had to visit this one in Santa Clara so close to home! Unlike the Rita's I visited in the east coast, this Rita's has an actual storefront where you can sit and enjoy your dessert. All the custard flavors are on display like an ice cream shop which makes it easy to choose what flavor you want. I visited around lunchtime and the store was pretty empty. The server at the counter was also very nice and friendly. I absolutely love the vanilla frozen custard, so I ordered that again. It was just like what I had before so creamy and delicious, not too sweet! Their quality is definitely quite consistent between stores. Now that I know there's a Rita's so close by to me, I will be back to try some other custard flavors!"

"The first time Eriks Deli tries. I found everything to be tasty and delightful. Definitely a better change of options for food compared to fast food all the time. her chocolate chip cookie was quite fire."

"Food was good for the Bay area, though I still think Din Ding has the best XLB in the Bay (but they don't have rice cakes).But neither would stand up to LA or NY imho but maybe that's changed now that many of my favorites places have shut down due to retirement and/or covid.The fillings were a little bland but I prefer them to being sweet or too gingery. You can add flavor by dousing them with black vinegar, my favorite Chinese condiment.We had:C01 plain xlb juicy and piping hot. Must eat right away for best taste. Skins are on the thick side but still delicate, so be careful picking them up. 6 to an order.C14 potstickers also juicy and piping hot but skins are too thin for me (I like east coast style THICC dumpling skin but ym probably v's). Also 6 to an order.F09 Shanghai style rice cakes weirdly a rare dish in the Bay, and adds carrots which is a weird Bay area quirk, and omits shiitake, which is a weird California quirk."
