What User likes about el portal:
We stayed at the hotel next door so this was an easy breakfast hangout. Coffee was good and they have expresso! Breakfasts were quick, sumptuous and very good, always piping hot. The staff treated us well but not much english here. Pointing at the menu...produced the best results. They also had good margaritas in the evening where we sat outside at the edge of the plaza and watched life go by. View all feedback.
