Solid Subway in Santa Clarita we stopped by for a short break after navigating the Grapevine mountains, before entering the LA area traffic congestion that Google Maps warned us was waiting for us as soon as we descended into San Fernando Valley. What Vanessa Tovar doesn't like about Subway:
Store Manager named Pinky was very unprofessional and rude. I tried to order “The Great Garlic” and I wanted more veggies/additives but she stopped me from doing so. Pinky said that since I was ordering the Great Garlic, they didn’t need to ask if I wanted more ingredients added to my foot long. I go to Subway because you can customize your sub however you want! I work in the same shopping center and now I don’t want to visit again. I asked for the District Managers’s phone number, and was not given the number. She was very harsh and I do not recommend coming here if you want an actual Subway sandwich. Very disappointing. If someone has a direct number for Corporate or the District Manager, I’d greatly appreciate it.
I 'd warranty that footlong for the next two to six thousand years.Don 't I Understand
The owner is super friendly! My son loves the sandwiches here! So delicious!
Solid Subway in Santa Clarita we stopped by for a short break after navigating the Grapevine mountains, before entering the LA area traffic congestion that Google Maps warned us was waiting for us as soon as we descended into San Fernando Valley. I was debating between The Mexicali and The Great Garlic; the sandwich lady unhesitatingly steered me towards the former, which in retrospect was a great choice. I devoured that toasted to perfection footlong, enjoying the rotisserie style chicken, double helping of pepper jack cheese, freshly sliced avocado, lettuce, tomatoes and onions, all smothered in gooey Baja chipotle sauce. I now have a new fave at Subway!
Had a $2 reward to apply, scanned the code from my app on their machine, it deducted it from the total but the 2 girls that worked there didn't know how to apply it so I could pay so insisted I pay full price. Very consumer unfriendly, said there was no manager to speak to and I could Google for corporate to complain. I asked why they couldn't apply it because rewards expire quickly and they spoke to each other only in Spanish and insisted I pay full price which I did but will never visit this location again ever.
