Been there last Feb and had their Bulalo. It was amazingly good and the portion was enough for me and my niece. Highly recommended.

"Bibiruken in Iluko (dialect of Ilocano people) means to search for. And I found it accidentally. One early morning, I biked around without any destination in mind. I ended up in the gate of the Nayom Irrigation System. As I climbed the tower of the gate to take pictures, I saw huts floating on the reservoir. Intrigued, I tried to look for a path leading to the these huts. Voilà, there it is.At six in the morning, only the owners are around. In other words, peace and quite. I cannot guarantee an all day serenity because there is karaoke machine on a stand by.The water is calm. They have bamboo rafts and rubber tubes and floating huts. No kayaks yet.I boarded one of their floating huts and savored their 3 in 1 coffee while nursing my sore butt and legs."
