What User likes about Roca Mar:
The Roca Mar hotel on Madeira far exceeded my expectations. The rooms are recently updated and are clean, spacious and quite larger than I anticipated. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean and the views were breathtaking. Customer service at the hotel was amazing and super responsive. What 398karenp doesn't like about Roca Mar:
Needs upgrading not as hood as it was 6 years ago. Staff seemed un interested and have a massive pigeon problem at the breakfast which needs up grading as all so so foods read more.

For those who want to have a drink after work and hang out with friends, Roca Mar from Santa Cruz is a good bar, well digestible Mediterranean courses are also available. It should not be forgotten that there is a large variety of coffee and tea specialties in this restaurant, the restaurant provides also meals from the European environment.
