"Worst hotel ever ! The staff is so incompetent ! We booked our room on Destinia website. We arrived at the hotel, our voucher doesn’t work and the staff can’t find our reservation. It can happen, BUT the staff blamed us ! They didn’t want to find any solution. We had to contact their booking partner ! Because they didn’t want to do it ! We waited 2h in the lobby, they didn’t want to do anything, the receptionist couldn’t stop to say « no, no, no » while the PR represent was useless. After 2h we had to pay again for a room. Not the one we booked ! (Obviously)… The day after they refound me the extra room without apologising. The manager and the sales person explained to me that it wasn’t their fault and their partner advertised the hotel without checking their availabilities and this situation already happened 10 day ago. I had to tell them many time, that as a customer I didn’t care about their partner relationship, wasn’t my matter as a customer. But they still refused to apologise,until we left the hotel, when we took our luggage, the manager finally apologised… Terrible experience, never seen a place where the staff is blaming the customers for an error with their booking partner, and making us waiting 2h in a lobby in front of all the others customers. Also they gave us a room with broken furniture, stains in the bedsheets, dead flies in the shower and right above the bins.. They don’t deserved 3 stars."
