the salads and crumb cakes were worthy of a cooking. I think all sauces were great. we tried the beef bacon and it was kind of hard, but delicious and that can only be because it was bark. the wagyu steak was cooked and perfectly seasoned. What BobM doesn't like about Market Steer Steakhouse:
Highlights were the dirty martinis and delicious green chili butter with the bread. Service was outstanding and nice ambience. The steaks were not exceptional as we had anticipated. Overall a good experience. View all feedback.
Fantastic dining experience! My wife’s filet was outstanding, and my duck was the best I have ever enjoyed. Ian, our waiter, was helpful and attentive, as was all the staff. Highly recommend!!
This dinner was as near to perfect as I have ever had. The Caesar Salad was spot on in terms of the dressing taste and the amount of dressing (too often restaurants over dress salads). My filet was perfectly cooked to order. We had sides of creamed spinach and mashed potatoes; both of which were beautifully done. S'mores for dessert were great. The bread pudding was nice but probably the only item that could have been better. There was a hint of bp flavor but it quickly disappeared. Coffee was some of the better coffee I have had in the last few years. Food, service all top notch.
Russell was excellent!! We were at Market Steer Steakhouse last April and loved it. We made a special trip to Santa Fe to dine there again! It did not disappoint. We will be back! We tell everyone about it. Also Adam the bar manager was bringing drink orders to all the tables! He was great!! Lastly, the setting is great in the St Francis Hotel.

Market Steer is a treat! It is consistent and tasty! The shells are incredible. The Filet Mignon never disappoints. You also have a wonderful wine card.
