go through pick-up window service is terrible! I asked for a drink carrier and I got a huff and puff from the heart in the window then as they can see on my entrance I ordered three combos and two additional sandwiches and when I told them that they had forgotten to add my chicken nuggets to the bag I was advised, they must show me the entrance first!
