eating was great, yes they try to get there for happy hour (3pm 6 daily), that would be their icing on the cake. the service was also good. the restaurant ambiente was also good. I'm going back for the chicken wings! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Santa Fe Capitol Grill:
Always amazed how prepared food can have zero flavor. The standout in the trio is the salsa, the guacamole had minimal flavor, queso (which, this reviewer loves) had an off-putting taste, possibly, cilantro. Wedge salad, is ok and plentiful. Chicken enchilada is prepared with prepared chicken (think John Soules fajita package) and again, just blah, zero seasoning on bean and rice. That being said, great atmosphere, F... That being said, great atmosphere, FANTASTIC music tracks. Service was minimal, never a refill, or a check back on how is everything... If you want some drinks, atmosphere and not really interested in flavorful cuisine, basically, just texture in your mouth, give Santa Fe Capitol Grill a go.
