Disastrous, I walked in at 2 p.m. to have a coffee and the staff having lunch at the table where the baker prepares the dough. The baker kneads, leaves what he is doing ready on the table and then more colleagues arrive to have lunch on the dough that is going to be used for some preparation. Too bad, this is a serious breach of good manufacturing practices. La Gioconda lost points. View all feedback.
