Hello, a while ago we were the ones who rented that place on 45th Street, perhaps the owner didn't tell them but we left with a lawsuit from the neighbors, they sealed us twice and imposed a fine for noise. Finally they made Dian fall on us one day and because of that we decided to say goodbye. The owner told us that we could invite a DJ and play live music, that people were calm in the area.
