What User likes about New Ocean:
I heard a lot of good things about this place, but yes it is the first time I tried it. I will never go to another Chinese food place again. Hands down best in Santa Maria View all feedback.

Terrible terrible customer service. Every time I and my family came in, they pretended they didn't want us to sit at a table.
