From the moment we were seated, I knew I was in for a culinary journey. Starting with the drink, it was a complex components of ingredients that was simple on my palate. The dishes that followed were equally complex like the drink and full of flavor. Overall vibe of the restaurant was clean and modern with a twist of coolness. What Ninad O doesn't like about Birdie G's:
It's a hyped up LA eatery with very small portions and limited options. Food was good quality, I'd have just preferred to not leave hungry after a 3 course meal worth $60. Worst of all, parking was a scam. There's a mandatory valet and they just park inthe lot next door. We drove in that lot to park in ourselves and we weren't allowed to do so. Total rip off.
