One of the best pho restaurants I have ever been to. I tried the spring rolls for the first time this visit and was shocked at how refreshing they were. Average food significantly overpriced. The shock came when it turned out we had to pay an obligatory 18% tip that was added to the bill without our consent. I've heard some upscale restaurants do that sometimes, but never have I come across a small sidewalk cafe do that.To the Management: I understand your restaurant is in an expensive area, but customers shouldn't be forced into paying an enforced 18% fee. A word, duke! shows the best owner, restaurant and hospitable that I have ever experienced in la?. possibly the planet. Eating is even better than the hospitality. Yeah, eat here. bier and wein are phenomenal. wagu is the best they find everywhere, but they need to catch it while they can. I would give 10 stars if I could!
Shrimps and pig spring rolls had a good relationship of many greens and not too much vermicelli rice noodles inside. Pho noodles were the perfect al dente texture without feeling gummy. Breadh had great aroma, but the taste of broth is more of a light, refreshing taste On the pricier side, but not bad at all, considering that there are not many options for Vietnamese food in West LA. They have beautiful interior seats and several exterior tables. Delicious to taste the other dishes in the future.
This place is 5 STARS FOR REAL, I'M in love. I ordered the Shrimp PHO take-out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, it felt pretty good because I'm African-American and you hardly see AA at this type of business.
The Pho ia amazing! The broth is light and good!! Come with veggies (sprout, lime, basil, etc) the service also nice, and I love the vibe. I miss pho so much and when I eat this recover from my homesick immediately. ?? You have to try
The menu has a few choices and service quite efficient. The place is nice and the food is good. What else do you need ? Good for classic vietnamese dishes such as Phô or for the Noodle Salad!
