This joint is in a great location, can't imagine what they must pay for rent. That would at least explain the need to charge $18 for the grilled artichoke- which, don't get me wrong, it's excellent. The food is very underwhelming especially for the price point. The oysters were nothing special, the lobster roll was also nothing to write home about. Maybe if we had gotten it cold it would've been better. I would definitely recommend the baja style fish tacos- great crispy breading and the guacamole on top is fire.
