this is an open terrace type of restaurant / bar to the promenade, with fine wine and restaurant prices, ordered a flat plate and a wet burrito a bottle of water and a coffee and it was $96. make sure they pay a 18% service fee for their meal. there were only two of us and we were forced to charge the 18%, and I can't say that we got the best service that I received a wet burrito, it was cold asked him to take it bac...
