The real deal. Bagels with the right amount of texture (so it 's not simply a roll with a hole). I like the sandwich combos though at $17 for the works salmon with all the trimmings, it 's not a bargain. I like that you can order 2 different halves, a savory option and then the delicious cream cheese with fresh seasonal house jam.
