Tried going for lunch today, and it was unexpectedly closed at 1pm on a Friday. Quite disappointing!

I walked in only to have them stare at me, and they didn't seem happy to serve me..not sure why they have 5 stars

The authentic food is a huge reason why I always stop by. The service is unlike any other location. I can go on and speak about the things I love about this restaurant but there's something beautiful about the restaurant that you can't find elsewhere. Yagul's coffee reminds me of being on vacation. I can't seem to find coffee like this anywhere else! A full belly, coupled with great vibes. Trust me when I say you'll want to come back for more.

Best Oaxacan mocha! Haven't tried their food (yet) but for coffee this will be my new spot in Santa Monica.
