Great casual restaurant with great service and food. We sat in the bar and ordered drinks and lunch. I enjoyed the whipped in jazz music. I love my gin and tonic. My husband enjoyed his Perfect Martini and his Manhattan. I really loved the crunchy and taste of the Asian noodle salad. My husband enjoyed his Petrole Sole! I definitely come back here! I always rated R&D as one of the best in the area however after COVID, there has been a continuous turnover of staff, and the menu and price changes have definitely gone downhill. This has been my local for over 8 years but things need to improve again.
