Asked to pull forward and wait for food as 2 other vehicles ahead of me. When the worker came out with food he mixed bags up and customers in cars ahead handled the food by sticking theyre hands in the bags. I advised I wouldn't want the bag that has been handled by non Carl's Jr employees . Guy went in and out in less than 30 seconds stating that it was a new order.
