On Sunday at 12:30 p.m., I met a friend to try the 4th Street Social Club for the first time, especially after checking online to confirm that they would be open. Unfortunately, we found the restaurant closed without any explanation. We ended up going to a different place in Railroad Square, which was lively and staffed.
