I will not lie the food was prepped well and was hot. But I thought there was something wrong with my lemonade because it was really too too sweet. So I called to inform them just in case there was something wrong it and they forgot to dilute it or something. But when I spoke with the young lady she assured me there was nothing wrong with it that's the way it's supposed to taste and then she continued wanting to emphasize everyone loves lemonade except for me. As she continued on as though she was looking for an argument. WOW

We have been to this location a few times, but this is the last time we will be buying food here for lunch or dinner. There is usually a wait if you go through the drive thru no matter how busy they are. Food quality has been okay to poor on our visits due to dry over cooked food and low amount of condiments on burgers. Orders are often messed up. This time, we waited in the drive thru for over 15 min for them to finish talking with their customer in the drive thru before we were ever helped. I ordered a bacon double western and was charged for a bacon double western but was given a single bacon western. I didn't notice until we were the next town over. The cali burger we also ordered had barely any sauce on it. Nobody seemed like they cared about their job. We love Carl's Jr., and we won't be going to this one again for a while.
