OK Santa Rosa is known for her chorizo. And this place is the Eden for people they love. Chorizo made every way, and infused to regular dishes. I had the Chunky Burger. Yeah, you heard burgers. Meat is not leaf. It's... a chorizo style Patty. I'll tell you. I added Mozzarella and Speck. And a pink sauce and maybe. That was my first time I tried and could tell you. Unfortunately, I was unable to finish it as I was full about 3/4 of the way in. You have Burrito chorizo. Chorizo rides, steamed and on the grill. So check it out and enjoy it. You'll thank me later.
If you went to Santa Rosa and didn't eat in this place, you're wasting your visit. You have authentic Santa Rosan Chorizo and it's really good.
In this place, because it was nr 1 on TripAdvisor, but we are very disappointed. The plates were very small and the sausage was cooked instead of grilled... no boheno. Dish lacked aromas. After the meal we went to the Chorizo-Stab... in front of the restaurant to fulfill our desire
From the bus chorizo seemed to be a diet, speciality of Santa Rosa must try and we chose a restaurant randomly came before the rain. And it was good! There is a wide selection of sausages, various ways made with different sauces. We had chorizo... the traditional two options fried in broth and grilled both delicious! The sausages were slim and jam packed in meat, the sausages were delicious, the serving staff was friendly and helpful. A happy break from the pouring rain.
We loved this place, only visited it one night but I had a delicious plantain (baked potato style) that was stuffed with chorizo, cheese and a tomato sauce. Extremely delicious!! My boyfriend had the chorizo lasagne and another friend had chorizo pizza which was on...an arepa. This is a fantastic place to check out as the menu is unique and prices are cheap! We strongly recommend you call in here.
