The chorizos were good but everything else was average. I found the fish soup horrendous, this is how I imagine cat food to taste like. The waiter who welcomed us was efficient but his colleague was forgetful: I asked for an aromatica that never arrived...on our table. Skip this place unless you want to eat chorizo only. The entire experience is very local, including the food and the environment. Very nice attention and food quality
Large portions, decent chorizo but quite standard food. I was disappointed after our leader spoke it as the best chorizo in the country.

You can park your car directly in front of the Parador Don Julio in Santa Rosa de Cabal on their own lot, and the considerate waiter attends directly at your place to your wishes. Sporting events are aired on the TV / the screen, and there is no-charge WLAN.
