"Amazing experience. my favorite aspect of my experience was our personal waiter. the Italian food was phenomenal (from a student who just came back from student culinary art in florenz).) I had the tagliatelle con peras y nueces that came with a gorgonzola sauce that was really for to die. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to take a break from Spanish food and come for a great Italian meal with great service not to mention that the location is convenient and eating is very expensive."

"Surprising audacious The restaurant offers a very wide set of options: 2 degustacion menus, classic and one designed around champagne, and a la carte The classic degustacion menu can be paired with international or national wines For our first visit to the region we selected the classic degustacion menu with national wines. All the dishes were very good, with some excellent ones as the delicious beef in charcoal. The plates were well presented and the wines, generously served, were splendid and matching perfectly (I even requested the list per email which is still pending). Slightly negative points are the very pressured waiters who need to run to meet the respective menu timelines. Finally the restaurant intends to serve coktails, teas and coffees by bringing dedicated carts to the table but the entertainment was not at the level expected. Overall a wonderful night, I would highly recommend to pay this address a visit the next time you 're in Santander!"
