a vegan option on the menu was a vegan poke dish. very tasty and fresh. it included quinoa, marinated tofu, beetroot falafel, various raw vegetables and sauces. they can be made according to their own poke dish for them, but it was not clear whether that was not used in another poke dish vegan. good choice of drinks including kombucha.
