"After a morning kayaking and swimming in the nearby chalk gorge we decided to check this place out for lunch as one of the few restaurants in/near Felitto. We were a bit sceptical as we arrived, it was quite far out of town and there...was no one else there but we thought for somewhere to survive this far out it must be good! They didn't speak English but it was quite refreshing to find somewhere that didn't cater for tourists. We were told what the lunch menu was antipasti followed by fusilli felitto. The antipasti was amazing, completely different from the usual and the plates kept coming, then we were shown how they make the fusilli which was served with a simple but delicious tomato sauce. We were given frutti di bosco liquer afterwards. It was the authentic homemade italian food that we had been looking for on our honeymoon and the bill came to 25euros, we would have paid a lot more!"

"We visited in August with 20 family and friends, the owners asked us to give the order in advance which was fine given the size of our party. The bruschetta here is AMAZING, it is the best we have ever had and comes as a gift from the owners. The starters are plentiful, so order to share. We had 16 different items from the mains menu amongst our party and all were superb. Their wine list is also superb. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough."
