I highly recommend visiting Cantinho dos Charutos if you want to eat fresh, perfectly cooked Portuguese food in a local restaurant. We stopped at Cantinho dos Charutos on a busy day sightseeing in the area and it was the best lunch we've had in some time. The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked and came with a vegetable rice. "This place is amazing! Visiting from the US but lucky to be staying with locals of the area. This is their go-to spot and I can see why, everything we’ve had has been delicious. Already been here 3 times since I arrived not even a week ago. The pizzas are so good and a ton of options. Everything from the octopus, the bolognese, the fish soup, and of course the vino were all so good. Truly authentic meal and the staff is very nice welcoming. Would definitely recommend."
