"We spent a week in Santarem with friends who are locals and this was where they took us for our final meal. We had tambaqui with a delightful sauce as well as several other dishes...for 8 adults with two plates (and they feed all of...us), beer, deserts, and other beverages it was only $224R or about $100. It is true there is no English or limited English spoken, but hey, it is their country. Try to get a table outside so you benefit from the river breezes at night. Avoid the wine, wine simply does not live well in the Amazon and Nossa Casa is no exception."
